This innovative program provides a customized health care solution for each member. Information is gathered from pharmacy, lab, medical and other sources to identify each member's needs, then members are engaged by phone, online, and through targeted direct outreach. Members benefit from personalized health guidance and one-on-one relationships with nurses and physicians.
MyHealth Advantage
An important part of 360° Health, MyHealth Advantage encourages healthy behavior change. Members receive individualized messages such as suggestions for affordable generic medications or reminders about overdue condition-specific tests or Rx refills. These reminders are based on health history and claims activity—not just age and sex.

Clinical Experience
A dedicated team of physicians and medical clinicians support you in developing and implementing a customized health improvement strategy. Our regional model includes experienced medical directors and at least two clinical account directors in each region. These individuals work hand-in-hand with the Account Management teams to understand your needs and deliver customized solutions.
Measurable Results
How do we know our programs make a difference? How can you know they're helping your company and your employees? We measure outcomes—and share the results with you. Our new Client Health Index, for example, gives you a snapshot of your employee population's health in a meaningful and trackable format. You can compare your results with HEDIS standards or other "best in class" targets.
